KOL Operations Associate

About this Role

As a KOL Operations Associate, you will own day‑to‑day creator‑related operational work. You will source potential KOL/KOC talents, handle business outreach, track collaboration implementation, and support post‑campaign data compilation. This role is open to fresh graduates or candidates with 2-3 year relevant experience who are enthusiastic about overseas social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and screen suitable KOL and KOC creators across TikTok, Instagram and X platforms; conduct initial outreach and sustain regular business communication.
• Organize creator profiles, quotation records and collaboration files; keep track of sample shipment, contract confirmation as well as content release timelines.
• Follow the whole content creation process, perform basic compliance checks, collect published content links and complete foundational performance data compilation.
• Assist with post‑project data arrangement, maintain influencer database and internal document archives, and support supervisors for campaign review work.
• Promptly report creator‑side issues and potential project risks to the team lead.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous exposure in KOL operations, media or overseas content marketing is a plus; fresh graduates are highly welcome. Basic familiarity with TikTok and Instagram is expected.
• Able to read and draft English business messages and emails for creator communication. Fluent spoken English is not a strict requirement for this role.
• Meticulous personality, proficient in spreadsheet filing and data record‑keeping, strong execution for repetitive follow‑up tasks.
• Genuine passion for overseas social media and influencer marketing, capable of finishing basic data sorting assignments.
• Result‑oriented with solid personal responsibility.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
