- Identify and recruit suitable KOLs/influencers aligned with the brand and target audience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns
- Coordinate content creation, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and collaboration terms with KOLs
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports (ROI, engagement, reach, etc.)
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer landscape, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creatives, e-commerce) for campaign alignment
- Ensure brand consistency across all influencer content
