KOL Specialist

Requirements :

• Marketing, Public Relation, Communications, or any relevant majors.
• Experience in copywriting, social media, content strategy, or content planning will be a plus.
• Interest in the beauty and personal care industry.
• A personal passion for content creation on Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience as KOL Strategic or Strategic Campaign.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic influencer marketing campaigns, including proposal creation, ideation, and data research.
• Analyze post-campaign performance and present insights to the brand team.
• Collaborate with the Brand team to conceptualize influencer activations and identify new social channels.
• Stay uptaded on trends and manage multiple project in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present and tell completing stories concisely.
