Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Account Executive team to align KOL strategies with overall marketing and client objectives.
• Research and analyze social media platforms to identify and pinpoint potential KOLs/influencers who fit the brand's image.
• Allocate and manage budgets strategically across different KOLs, campaigns, and channels based on performance objectives.
• Negotiate terms, compensation, and develop collaboration agreements/contracts with KOLs within the allocated budget.
• Collaborate with KOLs to co-create high-quality content, ensuring it aligns with both the KOL's unique style and the brand's messaging.
• Plan and manage logistics for campaigns, events with KOLs to ensure a seamless collaboration experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in KOL management.

• Keeps up with social media trends,algorithm changes, and key industry players.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excited to embrace AI, modern influencer tracking tools, and analytics platforms to work smarter and enhance campaign efficiency.

• Highly responsible, punctual, and disciplined (including timesheet management!), with a positive attitude.
