KOL Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and relationship-driven KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and own the copyright of KOL content, particularly from Instagram and

TikTok.

• Identify, approach, and select suitable KOLs for brand partnerships.
• Negotiate terms and manage contracts with KOLs to ensure favorable agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with KOLs.
• Close deals to meet campaign goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure KOL content aligns with campaign

objectives and is optimized for TikTok and Instagram ads.

• Track and document the number of successful KOL collaborations.
• Maintain a performance tracker for KOL deliverables and engagement.
• Compile data on KOL partnerships and campaign results for monthly reporting.
