KOL Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized KOL Specialist to support our global KOL campaigns. This role will be responsible for sourcing, communicating, and coordinating with KOLs and creators from different markets, while working closely with the internal team to ensure each campaign runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable KOLs and creators globally based on each client’s campaign requirements.
• Research KOL profiles, audience, engagement, content style, and rates to ensure they are suitable for the campaign.
• Handle communication and follow-ups with KOLs, creators, managers, and agencies.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements with KOLs.
• Maintain and develop a strong global KOL/creator database for future campaigns.
• Recommend KOLs based on the client brief, target audience, budget, and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate closely with PM, KOL, Creative, Client and other internal teams regarding campaign requirements and updates.
• Monitor KOL progress, including confirmation, content schedules, deliverables, and revisions.
• Keep campaign and KOL information properly updated and organized.
• Build and maintain good relationships with KOLs and creators for future collaborations.
• Support multiple campaigns and KOL sourcing requests at the same time.
• Stay updated on social media trends, new creators, and relevant KOL opportunities in different markets.
• Prepare simple reports and updates regarding KOL sourcing, outreach, and campaign progress.
• Support other KOL-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Social Media, or a related field.
• Experience in KOL sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign coordination.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Good English communication skills for working with global KOLs and clients.
• Strong research, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at the same time.
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Canggu, Bali.
