* Research และคัดเลือก KOL / Influencer / Creator ให้เหมาะกับแต่ละแบรนด์และแคมเปญ
* จัดทำ KOL List พร้อม Profile, Rate, Audience และเหตุผลในการเลือก
* อัปเดตฐานข้อมูล KOL และสร้าง relationship กับ KOL / Agency
Coordination & Negotiation
* ติดต่อเช็กคิว ขอเรต และต่อรองราคา
* Confirm scope, deliverables, timeline และ usage rights
* ประสานงานตั้งแต่เริ่มโปรเจกต์จน Content Live
* ดูแลการส่งสินค้า นัดหมาย shooting / event และรายละเอียดหน้างาน
Brief & Content Management
* ส่ง Brief และอธิบาย Key Message ให้ KOL เข้าใจ
* ตรวจ Draft / Artwork / Caption ก่อนส่งลูกค้า
* รวบรวมและจัดการ Feedback ระหว่าง Client ↔ KOL
* Follow up งานให้ส่งและโพสต์ตรงตาม Timeline
Campaign & Performance
* Track สถานะ KOL ทุกคนในแต่ละ Campaign
* เก็บ Live Link, Screenshot และ Performance
* สรุป Reach, Engagement, Views และผลลัพธ์ของ Campaign
* วิเคราะห์ว่า KOL คนไหนควร Re-use / Develop ต่อ
Internal Management
* อัปเดต KOL Tracker และ Budget ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
* ประสานงานกับ Project Manager, Content และ Creative Team
* ดูแลเอกสาร Quotation / Invoice / Payment ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ KOL
* Report ปัญหาและความเสี่ยงล่วงหน้า ไม่ปล่อยให้งานหลุด Deadline
