KOL Specialist (Threads)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative KOL Specialist to grow our brand presence across Threads. You will play a key role in planning and executing influencer collaborations, crafting trend-driven content, and building a strong, engaged community for our beauty and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & grow the brand’s presence on Threads, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer (KOL) collaborations – from sourcing and briefing to content review and performance tracking.

1. Identifying and researching suitable KOLs/influencers
2. Outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation
3. Developing and presenting creative campaign briefs
4. Coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals
5. Monitoring influencer content and evaluating campaign performance

• Create and schedule engaging lifestyle, beauty, and trend-driven content aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and creative innovation.
• Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare clear reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of Threads content styles, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• A self-starter with a creative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• A strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
