What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- บริหารงาน KOL/KOC แบบ End-to-End สำหรับหลายแบรนด์ ตั้งแต่สรรหา ดึงเข้า Affiliate (ทั้งไม่มีงบและมีงบ) วางแผนแคมเปญ บรีฟคอนเทนต์ คุมการทำงาน (Content / Live / Timeline) และผลักดันยอดขายผ่านการปักตะกร้า (GMV)
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของ Creator และแคมเปญ (Conversion, Order, ROI) พร้อมสรุป Insight และปรับกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความคุ้มค่าของงบประมาณ
- ประสานงานกับทีมภายในและลูกค้า (Client) เพื่อให้แคมเปญดำเนินตามแผน และส่งมอบผลลัพธ์ตาม KPI
- บริหารและพัฒนาฐานข้อมูล KOL/KOC ให้รองรับหลายแบรนด์ และสามารถนำไปต่อยอดในแคมเปญถัดไปได้
- บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับ KOL/KOC ระยะยาว พร้อมคัดเลือกและพัฒนา Creator ที่มีศักยภาพให้กลายเป็นตัวหลักของแต่ละแบรนด์
Qualifications:
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน KOL/KOC, Affiliate, TikTok Shop หรือ E-Commerce อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- เข้าใจการทำงานของ Affiliate และการขายผ่านการปักตะกร้า
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง และการประสานงาน
- สามารถบริหารหลายแคมเปญพร้อมกัน และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
