This is a remote position. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *K rber WMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of K rber (HighJump) Warehouse Management System solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in warehouse operations, supply chain processes , and end-to-end WMS delivery , along with proven leadership experience in managing teams and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities

• *Manage a team of consultants, developers, and support engineers

• *Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable WMS solutions
  *

  • Custom development

  • Integrations with enterprise systems

  • Drive warehouse process optimization across:

    - Inbound (receiving, putaway)
    \

    • Outbound (picking, packing, shipping)

    • Inventory management

    • Labor management
      \ \

    • Ensure seamless integration with:
      \

      - ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

      • OMS (Order Management Systems)
        \

      • TMS (Transportation Management Systems)

      • Own project delivery:

        - Planning, execution, and governance

        • Risk management
