Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing contact center workflows, IVR solutions, integrating CRM applications, and leveraging AWS services to deliver scalable customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for customer service operations.
• Create and manage Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, and user configurations within Amazon Connect.
• Develop and enhance IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications and call routing strategies.
• Configure and optimize ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) functionalities.
• Implement and support Amazon Connect Contact Lens for call analytics, sentiment analysis, and quality monitoring.
• Integrate Amazon Lex chatbots and conversational AI capabilities with Amazon Connect.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, API Gateway, and AWS services.
• Build and maintain CRM and CTI integrations with Amazon Connect.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions using Amazon CloudWatch.
• Ensure secure access and governance using AWS IAM policies and roles.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

• Experience configuring Contact Flows, IVR, ACD, Routing Profiles, and Queues.

• Knowledge of Amazon Connect Contact Lens.
