We are seeking a talented Kore.AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using the Kore.AI platform. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in conversational AI, Automation AI, omnichannel integration, and enterprise system connectivity to build intelligent, AI-powered assistants that meet dynamic client requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Skills:
• Proven hands-on experience with the Kore.AI platform and building conversational AI solutions, AI Chatbots, AI Agents, AI Automations, NLP, LLM Integrations, Prompt Engineering, ASR/TTS.
• Key Technical Skills:
• Automation AI: Design and build automated workflows to streamline business processes.
• XO 11: Utilize XO 11 tools/technologies to enhance AI solution capabilities.
• Contact Center AI: Develop AI solutions tailored for contact center environments to optimize customer service operations.
• Agent AI: Create intelligent agent solutions that provide real-time support and insights to human agents.
• Search AI: Implement advanced search functionalities to improve information retrieval within conversational contexts.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI capabilities, including methods for processing natural language, sentiment analysis, and emotion detection.
• Experience in integrating AI solutions across multiple channels (omnichannel experience).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React for full stack development.
• Solid experience with REST API development and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure , and enterprise integration using API-enabled services.
• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms for rapid development is a plus.
