Korean Bilingual Technical Support Representative

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Korean and English
• Provide customer and technical support through voice, chat and email
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally
• Troubleshoot and assist customers with basic technical concerns
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex and unresolved concerns to the appropriate team
• Follow established processes, service standards, and communication guidelines
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Korean and English, both written and spoken
• Able to effectively handle voice, chat, and email support
• Previous experience in BPO, customer service, technical support, or a related role
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, chat, email, or other customer support platforms
• Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
