KOT READER / KOT CONTROLLER

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and monitor KOTs from the restaurant/service team.
• Read and verify food orders carefully before sending them to the kitchen.
• Ensure KOT details such as table number, item, quantity, and special instructions are clear.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation of orders.
• Monitor pending and completed KOTs.
• Follow up with the kitchen on delayed orders.
• Inform the Captain / Floor Incharge about order delays or discrepancies.
• Check that all ordered items are properly prepared and dispatched.
• Coordinate with waiters, captains, kitchen staff, and billing team.
• Ensure cancelled or modified orders are properly communicated and recorded.
• Maintain proper KOT records as per hotel procedures.
• Help reduce order mistakes, duplicate orders, and missed items.
• Maintain discipline and smooth communication between the service and kitchen teams.
• Follow hotel hygiene, grooming, attendance, and workplace policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
