We're looking for a Senior Kotlin Software Engineer to join an international product team and help build cloud-native solutions running at scale. If you're passionate about distributed systems, modern backend development, and solving complex technical challenges, this opportunity is for you.

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Kotlin-based applications within a modern cloud ecosystem. You'll work alongside software engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-engineered solutions across backend services and platform components.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain applications using Kotlin
• Design and implement microservices and distributed systems
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions
• Work with cloud-native technologies and containerized environments
• Develop integrations with Azure services and enterprise platforms
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Participate in CI/CD processes and software delivery pipelines
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
• Follow software engineering best practices and contribute to technical excellence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 6+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience with Kotlin Backend development
• Experience building microservices and distributed applications
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS is a plus)
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems
• Experience with PostgreSQL and API development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in an end-to-end ownership model
• English level B2 or higher

• Knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines
• Experience with Azure Service Bus
• Experience with Azure Storage
• Experience with Azure Batch
• Knowledge of Angular
