Qualifications:

For Experienced Professionals:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Android development using Kotlin, with a strong portfolio of apps or projects showcasing your expertise.
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training, especially in a freelance or remote setting, is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and Android development, including experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, and other relevant tools and frameworks.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Associate Android Developer) are preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.

For Freshers:

• Education: A relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with Android development through coursework, personal projects, or internships. Knowledge of Android Studio and basic Android frameworks is advantageous.
