Job Summary

MANNAM Studio is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented KPO (Key Punch Operator) to manage data entry, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day administrative and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain employee, production and administrative data accurately.
• Update and maintain records in MS Excel and relevant company systems.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify required information.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data-entry and documentation tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Perform other data-entry and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS or equivalent).
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the Textile Industry.
• Good command of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Strong typing and data-entry skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Working Hours

• Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
• Duty Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
