Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks to support smooth service flow
• Serve dishes promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, utensils, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues quickly
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Experience

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, with a strong focus on serving or food service roles
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
• Experience working in hotels or similar hospitality settings is a plus
• Knowledge of culinary practices and restaurant workflows will enhance your effectiveness in this role
• Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to engage guests effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £8.55-£12.80 per hour
