We're hiring AI Platform Engineers at KreditBee and we're doing it differently. We're building the AI platform that enables every team at KreditBee to ship Gen AI features safely and at scale from retrieval and agent workflows to model serving, evaluation, and guardrails.

• Building reliable, well-designed distributed systems across :
• Model serving and orchestration
• RAG pipelines and gateways
• Observability
• Self-improving loops
• Running agents at scale - serving millions of KreditBee customers

ML / Applied-AI Track

• Making models actually work in production :
• Retrieval quality
• Prompting and agent design
• Evaluation
• Fine-tuning
• Voice bots
• In-app assistants
• Ad designers
• Production-grade AI/ML systems

We hire across every level - Junior to Staff :

• Same engineering bar. Growing scope.
• Junior (0 - 2 yrs) : Ships well-scoped work, strong fundamentals
• Mid (2 - 5 yrs) : Owns features end-to-end
• Senior (5+ yrs) : Owns systems and reliability, mentors, drives design
• Staff / Lead : Sets technical direction and makes long-horizon bets

What ties both tracks together? End-to-end ownership : design - build - ship - monitor - on-call.

We care about clean, well-tested code and treat reliability, latency, cost, and observability as first-class requirements.

And because we're building in a regulated environment, data privacy, access controls, and auditability are part of the job - not an afterthought. What We Look For

• Strong CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithms and system design
• A track record of shipping software in production
• Nice to have : fintech / lending / payments or other regulated-domain experience
• LLMOps / MLOps tooling, vector databases and evaluation frameworks
• Open-source contributions or AI/ML side projects
