What they need
Manage and motivate the Relationship with KRO team; oversee the on-ground promoter network across all assigned locations. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sell-out trends, promoter attendance, activation rates, and productivity gaps.
Required Candidate profile
5–10 years of proven experience in Key Account Management (KAM),
Deep understanding of primary/secondary/tertiary sales, promoter ROI, trade margins, and retailer negotiation.
