This role would suit a Primary Teacher experienced in KS2, a Secondary Teacher comfortable teaching lower key stages, or a teacher with experience supporting pupils with additional needs.

- Adapt teaching to meet a range of academic abilities and additional needs.
- Help students build the confidence, routines and organisational skills needed for secondary education.
- Establish clear classroom expectations and positive relationships.
- Support pupils who may experience emotional regulation difficulties, disengagement or challenging behaviour.
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching to help pupils achieve their individual targets.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, pastoral staff and colleagues to ensure consistent support.
Who We're Looking For
- Primary Teachers with KS2 experience.
- Secondary Teachers confident supporting KS3 learners.
- Teachers with experience in transition, intervention or small-group teaching.
- SEN, SEMH or alternative provision teachers.

You'll need to be
- Adaptable , able to teach and support pupils at different stages of development.
- Confident in core subjects , particularly English and Maths.
- Patient and resilient , with a calm approach to behaviour management.
- Relationship-focused , able to build trust and encourage positive engagement.
- Committed to progress , helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
