Kubernetes Tech Lead

• Must be based in the Continental United States
• 8+ years of Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Kubernetes Engineering experience
• Deep hands-on experience building, scaling, and operating Kubernetes platforms in production
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, networking, storage, security, and cluster lifecycle management
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale, highly available production environments
• Strong AWS and/or hybrid cloud infrastructure experience
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and platform automation
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Go, Python, Bash, or Java
• Advanced Linux systems administration experience
• Experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management
• Proven track record improving platform reliability, scalability, and developer experience
• Experience building internal platform tooling and self-service capabilities for engineering teams
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive platform strategy
• Hands-on engineer who remains actively involved in architecture, development, and operations rather than just people management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Financial services or fintech experience preferred

Desired Skills and Experience Must be based in the Continental United States

Financial services or fintech experience preferred
