About the Project

Our Client is an AI video analytics/Vision AI platform that turns existing camera feeds into actionable data for security, safety, surveillance, compliance and operational use cases. It supports cloud, edge, on-prem and hybrid deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex customer Kubernetes/Linux environments
• Reproduce customer environments
• Diagnose software/hardware/configuration/networking problems
• Handle post-sales support tickets
• Assist customers with product setup/training
• Help with fixes/enhancements/scripts/documentation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with Linux
• Fluent in English
