Hi Luxembourg,

As part of an upcoming client project in Luxembourg, LES CONSULTANTS is looking for KYA (Know Your Asset) Consultants with strong hands-on experience in Alternative Investment Funds, particularly Private Equity .

We are looking for two consultants

KYA Consultant

You will independently manage KYA files and perform asset-level due diligence and reviews.

Key requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in KYA / Asset Due Diligence
• Solid knowledge of the Alternative Investment Funds environment
• Proven operational experience with Private Equity structures and investments – mandatory
• Ability to independently manage KYA files from initiation to completion
• Review and analysis of investment and asset documentation
• Analysis of ownership structures, counterparties and relevant stakeholders
• Identification and assessment of AML/CFT, sanctions and reputational risks
• Ability to identify missing information, inconsistencies and red flags
• Strong analytical and organisational skills

Senior KYA Consultant / KYA Expert

For the senior level, we are looking for an experienced KYA specialist who can combine hands-on expertise with the ability to coordinate and support a team .

In addition to the above:

• Extensive operational experience in KYA
• Strong expertise in Alternative Funds and Private Equity
• Ability to review and challenge complex KYA cases
• Experience handling complex or escalated cases
• Ability to provide technical guidance to other team members
• Experience coordinating, reviewing or supervising KYA activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

For both levels, we are looking for consultants who are:

• Autonomous and hands-on
• Structured and analytical
• Comfortable working with complex Private Equity structures
• Team-oriented and able to integrate quickly into a client environment
• Fluent in English – French is not required
