KYC / AML Analyst

We are seeking professionals with banking and financial services experience to support client onboarding, account servicing, and customer verification activities. You will work closely with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring service excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support banking clients and financial advisors through phone and electronic channels.
• Review account information and client documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with client servicing requests and banking transactions.
• Escalate and research identified concerns following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Background in Banking, Wealth Management, AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Compliance, or Investment Services.
• Strong customer service experience.
• B2 or higher English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a night shift.
