What You’ll Do

• Review KYC files and supporting documents for completeness and consistency.
• Verify customer identity and business information against appropriate sources.
• Identify discrepancies, missing details, or potential risk indicators for further review.
• Support customer risk assessments and enhanced due diligence where required.
• Maintain clear case notes and audit-ready records in relevant systems.
• Track pending reviews and coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process updates that improve review quality and turnaround.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of professional experience in KYC, client due diligence, compliance operations, or financial crime prevention is preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to handle confidential information carefully. Experience reviewing individual or business customer files and working with case management tools is useful.
