Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to accurately review identity, address, and supporting documents.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Understanding of customer verification processes and basic KYC requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales and Operations teams for document clarification and pending requirements.
• Strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications while meeting defined TATs and process timelines.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer information.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresher or 6 mos expereince candidate in customer care voice process.
• Can answer with clarity & understand loan terms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
