KYC Executive

• Review and verify KYC documents submitted by customers.
• Validate customer information against internal systems and available verification sources.
• Perform customer onboarding, account maintenance, and periodic KYC reviews.
• Check documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, passport, address proof, and other applicable identification documents.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or suspicious documentation and initiate appropriate action.
• Ensure all KYC activities are completed accurately within defined SLAs.
• Maintain and update customer records in banking systems.
• Handle KYC remediation and periodic review activities.
• Follow internal policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation or verification-related issues.
• Escalate exceptions and potential compliance concerns to the appropriate team.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
• Prepare reports and maintain MIS related to KYC and operational activities.
