KYC Head

Purpose of Role: Lead and oversee the KYC & Client Relationship function to ensure efficient, accurate, compliant, and timely client onboarding and account activation. The role is responsible for managing the overall KYC process, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory and internal requirements, supervising the KYC team, maintaining high standards of documentation and verification, and facilitating the smooth transition of approved clients to the Dealing Department.

Required Skills: KYC & AML knowledge, SEBI/Exchange/DP regulations, leadership, documentation review, analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, problem-solving, client relationship management, process management, and team management.

Coordination Requirements: Coordinate with KYC Executives, Dealing Department, Compliance Department, IT team, external KYC vendors, Depository Participants, and senior management to ensure smooth client onboarding, timely resolution of operational or documentation-related issues, and effective account activation.

Expected Deliverables: Compliant and timely client onboarding, accurate and updated client records, effective supervision of the KYC process, final verification and approval of KYC documents, proper authorization and issuance of Permit to Trade, timely resolution of documentation discrepancies, and seamless transfer of approved client accounts to the Dealing Department.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
