KYC Operations Working Student

• Supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) process by conducting initial due diligence on new clients, verifying their identities and assessing potential risks
• Support in reviewing customer documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer information and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to date records of KYC documentation, and customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and archival procedures
• Provide administrative support to the KYC operations team. including data entry, documentation management and file organization
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Team Lead or Head of KYC to support overall objectives of the KYC function

• Good command in both English and German language skills
