Key Responsibilities:
- Perform KYC verification and validate customer documents.
- Verify customer details as per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies, mismatches, and potential fraudulent documents.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure timely completion of verification cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document clarification and resolution.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in KYC, verification, banking, insurance, or BFSI preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
