L1 Application Support Engineer

Job highlights

• Rotational shifts,including night duty for male candidates . For female candidates,rotational shifts starting from Morning 7:00 am to 8:00 pm . 9-hour shift .

• Flexible for the 24 7 shift,including night shift .

• Able to perform multitasking duties . Good communication skills in English,Hindi,and Marathi .

• Experience . 1 to 2 years experience .

• Customer interaction, understanding the issues / complaints / requirements

• Providing the expected reply on priority as per the SLA defined

• Deciding severity / level of the issue and channelizing it as per predefined process

• Transaction monitoring

Knowledge and Skills

• Able to perform multitasking duties

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Basic knowledge of payment domain

• Experience and capability of handling escalation and provide the solution

• Customer handling experience

• Basic knowledge of networking

• Flexible for the 24 7 shift, including night shift

• Flexible for the odd weekly off

• Should be available post working hours to attend the escalation / issues

• Should be available for the major activities like DR drill / major release, change

• Need to attend the online/offline meeting with Bank / NPCI / Vendor etc.
