L1 Citrix + Network Administrator / Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, administer, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix Gateway.
• Monitor and optimize Citrix infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Manage user access, policies, profiles, and application publishing in Citrix environments.
• Administer and Basic support Windows Server and Active Directory services.
• Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Perform network troubleshooting involving LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions to ensure high availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution and infrastructure upgrades.
• Handle backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and reports.
• Provide L1 technical support and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix ADC/NetScaler.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• L1 in networking technologies including Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, and Network Security.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, or similar network devices.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Understanding of monitoring tools and ITIL-based support processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) / Citrix Certified Professional (CCP)
• Cisco CCNA / CCNP

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
