Role Purpose

Front-line 24x7 eyes-on-glass and hands-on-site operations for the data center — monitoring, first-level triage, physical break-fix support and ticket lifecycle initiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 24x7 shift-based monitoring of GPU compute, cooling, power and network estate using NVIDIA DCGM, Grafana/Prometheus and the agreed NOC toolset.
• Execute L1 triage per runbook/SOP: acknowledge alerts, perform first-level diagnostics and escalate to L2/L3 within defined response SLAs.
• Raise, classify and update incidents, service requests and changes in ServiceNow; maintain accurate ticket notes and shift handover logs.
• Perform smart-hands activities: rack-and-stack support, cable/patching checks, LED/indicator verification, console access and OEM engineer escorting.
• Conduct scheduled physical walkthroughs — temperature/humidity readings, CDU and leak-detection checks, power feed and PDU verification, alarm panel checks.
• Support tape/media handling, asset movement and DC access control per IOH security and safety policy.
• Prepare daily/shift operations reports and contribute to SLA and availability reporting.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Data Center Operations, NOC Operations, Infrastructure Support, or related environments.
• Data center operations fundamentals — racking, structured cabling, power (A/B feeds, PDU), cooling and environmental monitoring.
• x86 server hardware familiarity (Dell PowerEdge / HPE ProLiant / Lenovo ThinkSystem) and remote console tools (iDRAC, iLO, XCC).
• Monitoring/alerting tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana; exposure to NVIDIA DCGM GPU telemetry is preferred.
• ServiceNow ITSM ticket handling; ITIL incident and request management basics.
• Willingness to work rotating 24x7 shifts; fluent Bahasa Indonesia with working English.

Preferred Certifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation; CompTIA Server+ or equivalent OEM hardware certification; NVIDIA NCA-AIIO (desirable).
