Troubleshoot hardware and software problems (Windows OS, MS Office, printers, scanners, etc.).
Log and track incidents in the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
Prioritize and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams.
Hardware & Software Maintenance:
Install, configure, and update desktop systems, laptops, and applications.
Perform regular maintenance and patch updates.
