L1 L2 Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for IT services and software applications.
• Troubleshoot issues with hardware devices, network connectivity, and software functionality using various tools such as ITSM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in application support or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT services and software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot common issues using basic knowledge of computer science principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
