What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and Windows-related issues.
- Handle user access, password and account-related requests.
- Log and update incidents/service requests in the ticketing system.
- Follow SLA and escalation procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates from IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / Desktop Support / Microsoft 365 Support backgrounds with 6 Months 1 years of experience can apply.
