L1 Network Support Engineer

We are hiring an L1 Network Support Engineer to provide first-line support for our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise across Cisco Networking, Azure Networking, SD-WAN, and Enterprise Security technologies. What You’ll Do:

• Perform 24x7 monitoring of enterprise network infrastructure, covering LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Firewall, Wireless, and Cloud connectivity.
• Log, identify, and promptly respond to network alerts and incidents.
• Provide initial troubleshooting for Cisco switching (including Catalyst 9300) and wireless environments, escalating to L2/L3 teams when necessary to meet SLAs.
• Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting for Silver Peak (Aruba EdgeConnect) SD-WAN and execute health checks for Cisco FTD Firewalls.
• Support Azure network connectivity, assisting with VNet, VPN, and NVA health monitoring.
• Assist with branch site provisioning, MDF/IDF setup, and coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and field engineers.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets strictly following ITIL processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Network Support or NOC Operations.
• Strong understanding of Basic Networking Fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.
• Mandatory Certification: CCNA (Completed preferred, or currently pursuing).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools, incident management systems, and basic firewall concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong sense of ownership and a customer-focused approach.
• Bonus points for: Exposure to Azure Networking (AZ-900), ITIL Foundation, Zscaler, or basic Ansible knowledge.
• Availability: Notice period of Immediate to 30 Days is preferred.
