Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for printer issues via phone, email, or in-person
• Diagnose and resolve printer hardware and software problems
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printers
• Document and track support requests in the ticketing system
• Assist in the installation and configuration of printers
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues

Qualifications

• Diploma, Graduate
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or printer support
• Certifications related to printer support are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of printer hardware and software
