L1 SOC Analyst

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor security alerts and dashboards.
• Investigate and triage security alerts.
• Identify false positives.
• Escalate suspicious incidents to the L2 team.
• Create and update incident tickets.
• Follow SOC procedures and playbooks.
• Document investigation findings.
• Meet SLA and shift handover requirements.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with SIEM or security monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, SC-900) are a plus.
