What they need
💼 Role: L1 Go-Live Support Analyst
📅 Duration: Contract
🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – Hospital Environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite L1 IT support to clinicians and hospital staff
Troubleshoot basic workstation, device, printer, and access issues
Assist users with basic Epic workflows
Respond to support requests across nursing units, clinics, registration and ancillary departments
Document and escalate issues to the appropriate command center/support team
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment
Required:
Experience in L1 IT Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support / Service Desk
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Comfortable providing hands-on onsite support
Ability to work flexible/rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Must be available for the complete one-month engagement
Preferred:
Healthcare / hospital IT experience
Epic / EMR / EHR experience
Previous go-live or cutover support experience
