L1 Technical Support Technician – German C1 | 100% Remote

Description

At SG Tech, a constantly growing technology consulting company specializing in the development of innovative solutions across different sectors, we are looking for new talent to help us continue delivering challenging, high-impact projects.

As an L1 Technical Support Technician , you will provide technical support during the launch of a project in the retail sector . You will handle first-level incidents involving Android tablets and smart glasses , as well as their demonstration kits (tablet, hub/controller, cabling, and chargers).

Requirements

• German: C1 level.
• French: B2 or C1 level.
• English: B2 or C1 level.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform initial diagnostics, physically check connections, and carry out controlled restarts of devices/equipment.
• Perform functional checks of the demo equipment, including audio, photo/video capture, touch controls, and Wi-Fi/SIM connectivity.
• Record and ensure traceability of each incident, including the steps performed and results obtained, and escalate to L2 support when necessary.
• Coordinate with the internal team and/or client to replace damaged components and follow up until the incident is fully resolved.
• Communicate with users in German and with the internal team in English .

Work model: 100% remote.

Location: Morocco.
