L1.5 / L2 MSP Engineer (Hybrid/Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced L1.5 / L2 MSP Engineer to provide technical support and IT service delivery for multiple client environments. The role will handle troubleshooting, escalated incidents, Microsoft 365 administration, network and server support, security solutions, and backup technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1.5/L2 technical support and resolve escalated IT incidents.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, LAN, WAN, and VPN issues.
• Support and troubleshoot FortiGate or Meraki devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Veeam, Datto, or similar backup solutions.
• Perform user administration, system configuration, and infrastructure support.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining service quality and SLAs.
• Provide professional and customer-focused technical support to clients.

Qualifications

• 1.5–5 years of experience in an MSP, managed services, or IT Service Delivery environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows Server and networking, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate or Meraki is preferred.
• Familiarity with Veeam, Datto, or other backup technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, AZ-104, Fortinet NSE, or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced MSP environment and support multiple clients.
