L1/L2 IT Technician (Part - Time)

Description:

• Data entry: Entering and modifying items in POS, setting up and modifying user accounts;
• Signage, label, & sticker design; if needed
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and scales;
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;
• Testing and updating new and current hardware;
• Trains user, answers questions and interprets instructions in order to ensure that end users are familiar with how hardware and software works.
• Prior POS/ ECRS experience
• Experience with management platforms such as Jira, confluence
• Basic networking and high-speed network concepts, such as NPS, DNS, Dell switching, Ubiquiti switching, Cisco switching, Various watchguard,
• Virtualization experience such as, QEMU, PVE, PBS, Dell power edge,
• Microsoft products such as active directory, intune, entra, defender atp, end user Microsoft products.

Requirements:

• Basic computer experience;
• Computer Science desired;
• Point of Sales experience desired;
• Technical, logical thought process;
• Problem solving;
• Project ownership and integrity
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines;
• An ability to prioritize tasks;
• The associates are frequently required to bend, twist, reach, push and pull.
• The associates must regularly lift or move objects up to 50lbs
• The associates must be able to work with wide variety of fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and processed substances without negative allergic consequences;
• Open availability, Mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
• Be able to work in a loud environment
• Willingness to grow and expand technical expertise
