L2 Support Engineer Screening Criteria (4-7 Years)

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• 4-7 years of experience in Production Support / Cloud Support / Platform Support / SRE / DevOps
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, EMR
• Strong experience with Docker
• Kubernetes (Pods, Deployments, Services, Troubleshooting)
• Monitoring Logging Tools: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, ELK Stack
• Production Support Experience: Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Log Analysis, Application Performance Troubleshooting, Critical Incident Handling
• API Networking Knowledge: REST APIs, gRPC, API Troubleshooting, Networking Fundamentals
• ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
