Role Purpose

Second-level ownership of the liquid cooling (CDU/DLC) and facility-side infrastructure that sustains high-density GPU racks at design thermal load.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Coolant Distribution Units (CDU) and direct liquid cooling loops serving GPU racks — flow rate, pressure, coolant temperature and quality monitoring.
• Respond to thermal and leak-detection alarms; execute leak-response procedures and coordinate emergency shutdown/isolation where required.
• Perform preventive maintenance schedules on CDUs, manifolds, quick-disconnects, filters and coolant chemistry in coordination with the facility/OEM vendor.
• Monitor rack-level power and thermal envelopes; support capacity and density planning for new GPU rack build-outs.
• Maintain the DCIM/BMS records, PM calendar and compliance evidence for audits.
• Interface with internal facility teams and cooling OEMs on site works, and log all activity through ServiceNow change and incident processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Data Center Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in data center facilities operations, critical infrastructure management, or liquid cooling environments.
• Liquid cooling / DLC and CDU operations in high-density or HPC data center environments.
• Data center facility infrastructure — chilled water, CRAC/CRAH, UPS, PDU, busway, fire suppression and leak detection systems.
• DCIM/BMS monitoring platforms and environmental telemetry interpretation.
• Mechanical/electrical safety practices, LOTO discipline and vendor-managed PM governance.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with working English; on-call availability.

Preferred Certifications

• Data Centre facility certification (CDCP / CDCS or equivalent); ITIL 4 Foundation; OEM CDU/DLC training (Vertiv, Motivair, Schneider or equivalent).
