Job Title: L2 Cloud Support Engineer

Experience: 3-6 Years

Location: Chennai / Bangalore (Other India locations may be considered)

Employment Type: Contract – 12 Months (Extendable)

Shift: Rotational 24x7 Global Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure issues, and assisting customers with implementation and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for cloud infrastructure and services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to compute, storage, networking, security, backup, and monitoring services.
• Support cloud deployments, migrations, and implementations.
• Analyze logs and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
• Work with L3 teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.
• Participate in rotational shifts and global support coverage.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP administration.

• Knowledge of:

• Virtual Machines / EC2 / Compute Engine

• Storage Services

• Virtual Networks, VPCs, Load Balancers

• IAM, RBAC, Security Groups

• Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Operations Suite)

• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.

• Understanding of ITIL processes.

• Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

• Azure Administrator Associate
• AWS SysOps Administrator
• Google Associate Cloud Engineer
• ITIL Foundation
