L2 Desktop Engineer

Work Location : Jurong

Work Timings : 8 AM till 6.30 PM

Job Description:

1. Provide second-level technical support for complex laptop hardware and Windows software issues.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced hardware, software, and operating system problems.

3. Perform software installation, configuration, upgrades, and issue resolution.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, wireless, and network connectivity issues.

5. Work with relevant technical teams or vendors to resolve complex issues.

6. Provide guidance and technical support to the L1 support team.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and Windows operating systems.

Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

Good understanding of LAN, wireless, and basic network troubleshooting.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.
