About the Role:

Must Have:

• On-site EUC support across customer office locations spread across Indonesia
• Hardware break-fix: HP ProBook/EliteBook/ZBook, Dell Precision 3591, MacBook Pro/Air/iMac; component replacement and diagnostics
• AV/VC system administration using Polycom, Logitech, Barco ClickShare, Maxhub, Jabra, Awind, Novastar and Tandberg; meeting-room system configuration
• PABX administration: Siemens, AudioCodes, Aastra systems; extension management and call routing
• Office network support covering access points, routers, switches, wireless controllers and firewalls; first-line diagnosis
• Asset management and CMDB update: device tagging, deployment, retrieval, disposal in line with ITAM policies

Good to Have:

• InTune on-site enrolment: Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android Zero-Touch Enrolment
• Smartkapp digital whiteboard and Novastar LED controller administration
• Experience supporting city-shared device pools (XLC/SF Gallery walk-in model)
• Basic network troubleshooting: VLAN, DHCP, WLC association issues affecting EUC connectivity
• Knowledge of UU PDP for physical device handling, data wiping, and disposal documentation

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote-site hardware support for enterprise end-user devices
• Install, configure and maintain AV/VC systems from Polycom, Logitech, Barco, Maxhub, Jabra and Tandberg, together with meeting-room technology
• Administer PABX systems (Siemens, AudioCodes, Aastra): extension provisioning, dial-plan management, and fault resolution
• Perform asset management activities: device tagging, deployment logistics, inventory reconciliation, CMDB updates
• Support InTune enrolment and on-site device provisioning including Windows Autopilot and Apple DEP
• Coordinate with L2 EUC Remote Admin and L3 for escalated hardware and AV issues; update Symphony Summit tickets
