Job Description 1: L2 Infrastructure Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise IT infrastructure

Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc in relevant disciplines

Core Qualifications & Certifications

• Network Track: CCNP (Enterprise/Security) or equivalent certification. Hands-on experience with routing/switching, network security, Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC), and SD-Access (SDA) / non-SDA environments.
• Systems Track: Proven experience in server administration, enterprise virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and compute infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Day-2 operational support and continuous infrastructure monitoring.
• Handle initial incident triage, system administration, and first-line troubleshooting across Network, Security, Server, and Virtualization systems.
• Execute standard changes, planned maintenance, and patch updates during designated operational windows.
• Assist L3 engineers during Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and complex production issues.
• Document shift handovers, operational workflows, and knowledge base articles.
